PROBLEM: There are limited options for customized flower arrangements
GOAL: Develop a flower preview app empowering users to customize their own flower arrangements and save sender profiles

Users can conveniently save their recipients' information and preferences into sender profiles for seamless future reference. I created a concept brand, Bloom, it represents a fictional and trendy florist app. Bloom gives customers the opportunity to design their own personalized bouquets.
User Research
I conducted user research to develop my app. Through the research, I developed two personas that represent the target users for this app. I conducted a competitive audit to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of existing similar applications. I utilized ideation techniques to generate innovative ideas. I conducted user interviews and sorted the notes by the five users (A-yellow, B-pink, C-blue, D-green, E-orange). I then organized all my research findings into an affinity diagram. Based on these insights, I crafted a user flow that outlines the journey of users within the app. Below are excerpts highlighting key findings from my research process.
Design
Utilizing my research insights, I designed wireframes and transformed those into low-fidelity prototypes. I created storyboards and site maps to support my prototype. After the initial concept testing phase, I proceeded to design my high-fidelity prototypes. During the prototyping phase, I created reusable components and implemented overlay transitions to enhance the visual appeal and interactivity of the website. To ensure a seamless user experience across all devices, I made the website responsive and optimized it for desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms. Below are excerpts showcasing my design. Case Study
I collected all my research insights, design iterations, site maps, and final recommendations into a comprehensive case study for the mobile app and website. Below is the project overview. This was for the completion of Google UX Design Coursera Certificate.
